Fruits, Veggies, and others
Fruits on Pregnancy
This group offers vitamins A and C, atomic number 19 and fiber. One serving equals one culture medium orchard apple tree, banana or orange, ½ cup of chopped up, cooked or canned fruit, or one 6-ounce cup of fruit crush. Good roots of vitamin C include berries, citrus fruits or juices, melon and other fruits. Also good are dried fruits such as raisins and prunes.
Veggies on Pregnancy
These nutrients contain vitamins A and C, folate, and minerals such as iron and Mg. They’re also low in fat and contain fiber, which helps to alleviate constipation. One dishing equals one cup of raw, leafy vegetables (spinach, romaine lettuce, broccoli), ½ cup of other cooked or raw vegetables (carrots, sweet potato vine, corn, peas, potatoes), or ¾ cup of veggie juice.
Breadstuffs, Cereals, Rice and Pastas on Pregnancy
This group offers complex carbohydrates (amylums), an important source of energy, as well as vitamins, minerals and fiber. One serving equals one slice of bread, one ounce of cereal, or ½ cup of prepared cereal, rice or pasta. Test to choose from whole-grain products and foods attained with less sugar.
Fats, Oils and Sweets on Pregnancy
Use sparingly, because these products contain calories, but few vitamins or minerals. Fats shouldn’t make up more than 30 percent of your every day calories. Try on to select low-fat foods.

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.
